These terms govern use of this website. A separate written membership agreement will govern any paid Tycoon membership. Effective August 24, 2026.
The site
This website describes a program that is still being finalized. It does not create membership, guarantee selection, reserve a seat, or obligate either you or Tycoon to enter an agreement. No payment is accepted through this website.
Selection
Joining the interest list, requesting an invitation, or being nominated does not create a right to selection. Tycoon may verify information, decline a request, change the selection schedule, or choose a smaller class. Selection decisions are made independently of ability to pay, sponsorship, employer support, or personal advocacy.
Accuracy
You agree not to knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing material. Nominators must not impersonate another person or claim consent on a nominee’s behalf. They must be comfortable being identified to the nominee as the source.
Membership
Before accepting dues, Tycoon will provide each selected member with a written agreement stating the legal entity, exact price, payment timing, inclusions, cancellation and refund rules, transfer restrictions, attendance expectations, conduct standards, confidentiality obligations, removal process, and any separately priced programming. A person may review those terms before deciding whether to commit.
Confidentiality
Website access does not itself create confidentiality. Participation in Tycoon experiences will. The default norm is that participants may use what they learn but may not identify another participant or attribute remarks without express permission. Recording and public recaps require advance agreement. Specific terms will appear in the membership agreement and may be supplemented for a particular experience.
Intellectual property
Tycoon’s name, original writing, design, program architecture, and materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to imply affiliation without permission. Ordinary sharing of links and brief quotations with attribution is welcome.
Availability
Dates, venues, experience names, guests, pricing, and program details may change while Tycoon I is being finalized. Confirmed terms will be disclosed before a selected person is asked to commit or pay.
Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
