We ask nothing about income, employer reimbursement, or ability to pay. Selection decisions are made before any conversation about money.

What happens next.

We confirm receipt of every complete invitation request immediately. After the invitation-request window closes, we review the complete pool, conduct founder conversations, and make our decisions. We acknowledge every complete request as it arrives, and we write again when a decision affecting you has been made.

A request is never left unanswered.

If someone nominated you, your nominator may receive milestone updates through the Nomination Portal. They will never see your responses, internal assessments, references, or Tycoon’s private decision rationale.
